The Environmental Health and Safety Office (EHSO) delivers numerous training courses to increase asbestos awareness on campus. The UIC Asbestos Compliance Manager also assists Project Managers and Facilities Management employees with asbestos projects on campus. EHSO is here to assist any employee or student who has an asbestos question or concern.
We believe the resources provided through our Operations and Management plan will assist you in reducing your exposure to asbestos, protecting the environment, as well as complying with regulatory requirements.
